IH Cares is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides need-based grants to current Island team members who are facing financial hardships caused by a natural disaster or unforeseen personal hardship.
The aim of IH Cares is to positively impact the lives of our teams as well as their families and communities by reducing stress caused by significant, unforeseen, financial hardship.
IH Cares is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been recognized by the IRS as being tax-exempt by virtue of its charitable programs.
Apply
Typical IH Cares grants are up to $1,500, and are available to team members who've been employed with the company for at least 90 days.
